ARTICLE 1 – CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES

When browsing and using this website, we consider that you agree with the following terms and conditions:

1 - I reached the legal age of majority in my country of origin and in the country where I live when ordering.

2 - I accept that all the products purchased on the website are used as intended and not for illegal purposes.

3 - In my country of residence, the purchase of products related to the action of “vaping” is legal.

4 - The user is entirely responsible of the use of the products purchased on our website. Vapologue.ca may in no case be held responsible for damages caused by the products sold on its website.

5 - I am not a governmental agent, nor a police officer or any informer entering this website to collect pieces of information to sue its owners.

6 - All the products sold on this website are owned by their respective supplier. Le vapologue only aims for showing the products through pictures and text.

The vaporizers (e-cigarettes) are in no means medical devices, you need to see a health specialist before any use of a vaporizer. All our products are meant to be an alternative to usual cigarettes and are not approved as products to quit smoking.

To some people, an allergic reaction or some secondary effects might appear. In that case, see immediately your doctor.

By purchasing products on our website, you agree to use the products at your own risks and at your discretion. In any case, www.vapologue.ca can be held responsible for any damage or accident related to the use of the products available on its website. In case of trouble, it is up to the client to communicate directly with the manufacturer.

We remind that to use those products you need to have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence. We recommend people suffering from heart diseases, pregnant women and any other person having eventual health issues to not use the products available on www.vapologue.ca.

ARTICLE 2 - GENERAL POLICY AND PRICES

- We reserve the right to deny commands.

- Le vapologue reserves rights to modify at any time its terms and selling conditions without any notice. Terms and conditions that can be applied are the ones in effect at the time of the order. The effective prices are subjected to changes without notice from le www.vapologue.ca.

- The price charged will be the one validated by the client when ordering.

- The prices shown on the website are in CAD (Canadian dollar) and exclude taxes, and do not take into account the shipping fees. For commands inside of CANADA, the taxes are calculated depending on your province of residence when ordering.

- For commands outside of CANADA, no taxes can be applied.

- The payment of your products must be done in totality when ordering. The products will then be sent to the client.

- Discount or promotion codes cannot be combined.

ARTICLE 3 - INVENTORY

Our website is optimized to manage the stocks and display a mention “out of stock” if a product is not available anymore. However, if you order an unavailable product, we will contact you to inform you about it and we will offer you several solutions:

1 - Be refunded (within 7 days)
2 - Wait for us to be restocked
3 - Choose another product with the same price
4 – Receive a coupon

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

Products will be shipped to the "shipping address" and not "billing address". If a customer places two orders in less than 24 hours, Le vapologue reserves the right to gather these two commands into one. For delivery with signatures, in case of problem upon receipt of products (broken or missing), it is the responsibility of the client to report to the carrier by mail  – with return receipt – within 3 days of receipt.

For shipping without signature, tracking number of the carrier will serve as proof. If it indicates that products were well delivered, no claim or no compensation shall be required. Full details on the types of delivery and insurance are available on this page. If the carrier opens an investigation, Le vapologue waits until the end to give a definitive answer to the client (refund or reshipment).

Le vapologue cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post, so buyers will be reimbursed on the compensation to be given by the carrier.
If you do not receive your package, or if it is damaged, you must:

• Take a picture of the package
• Go to the post office (48 hours after receiving your package)
• Request a PV damage / theft and keep a copy. The post office has to provide it if deadlines are met.
• Contact us to inform of the dispute.

In case of return of the order if not claimed or refusal by the recipient, or in the event of non-delivery for incomplete or wrong address, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer; the order will be refunded excluding shipping charges.

ARTICLE 5 – REVOCATION

The buyer has a cooling off period of seven (7) days after receipt of the order. The costs of returning goods are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by Le vapologue. Returned items will be accepted if they are new, never been used and in their original packaging.

All products worn, broken, incomplete or whose packaging was damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that e-liquid does not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

If the customer decides to exercise his right of withdrawal, Le vapologue agrees to reimburse the ordered products within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof in its premises. The refund will be made by bank transfer or check.
The invoice must be given back with the returned products otherwise refund is cancelled.

ARTICLE 6 – GUARANTY

Le vapologue will exchange or refund goods received non-compliance with the customer's order (depending on the stock available). For this, the buyer will return the item, and we will make an exchange or refund after analysis of the returned product (shipping and return are the responsibility of the buyer).

No product has warranty, however, if during the first use, you find that a product does not work, we will give you the opportunity to exchange it or refund you after verification that the item is faulty. Return costs will be refunded if the “after-sales service” confirms the malfunction.

If there are leaks with an electronic cigarette, it cannot be refund; you should then equip your e-cigarette with a clearomizer or leak-proof top.
For all warranty claims, the invoice must be included, otherwise no exchange or refund will be made.

ARTICLE 7 – RESPONSABILITY

In any case www.vapologue.ca cannot be held liable for any accidents or damages related to the use of article posted and sold on its website. In case of problems, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly.

E-liquids are composed of the following: vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol.

No scientific study that was done on the side effects may be related to the absorption of these substances, we want to remind our customer that it agrees to use these products under its full responsibility.

Vapologue.ca is a website for online sales, therefore we cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the Internet.
